These terms govern your use of this website. They do not replace the service agreement that governs any engagement with Local Growth Marketing & Media. Where the two conflict, the signed service agreement controls.

No guaranteed results

Nothing on this website is a guarantee of leads, appointments, sales, revenue, profit, or return on advertising spend. Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, market, response speed, sales process, reputation, and capacity to fulfill.

Any figures shown on this website are illustrative examples of how fees are calculated, not projections of performance.

Applications

Submitting an application does not create a client relationship and does not guarantee acceptance. We review each application against fit criteria and may decline for any lawful reason.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the business named.

Pricing

Pricing shown on this website reflects current standard scopes and may change. Advertising spend is separate from our fees on Tier 2 and Tier 3, and is paid by the client directly to the advertising platforms. Third-party software, messaging, and call-tracking fees are not included.

Advertising accounts and platform rules

Where practical, the client owns and funds the advertising account. Clients remain responsible for complying with the advertising policies of Meta, Google, and any other platform used, and for the accuracy and legality of the offers advertised.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and marks on this website belong to us. Deliverables produced for clients are governed by the service agreement.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
