Google Business Profile

For a local business, this listing gets more views than the website does. Most are half-filled and abandoned.

Someone searching for what you sell sees your Google listing before they see anything else you own. If the hours are wrong, the categories are generic, and the last photo is from three years ago, that is the first impression.

We set it up properly, fill every field that affects ranking, keep it posting, and make sure your name, address, and phone number match everywhere else you appear online.

Questions

What if I already have a listing?
Most businesses do, and most are incomplete. We audit what exists, fix the categories and information, and build out everything that was never filled in.
Can you remove bad reviews?
Only if they violate Google policy, and Google decides that, not us. What we can do is build a process that generates enough genuine reviews that one bad one stops being the story.
Does this actually affect ranking?
For local searches, heavily. Categories, completeness, review volume, recency, and proximity all feed the map pack, and most competitors leave three of those five untouched.
