Information we collect

When you submit an application or book a call, we collect the information you provide: your name, job title, email address, phone number, business details, marketing information, and the answers you give in the application.

We also automatically collect limited technical information, including the page you landed on, the website that referred you, campaign parameters (UTM values), advertising click identifiers such as fbclid and gclid, and standard analytics data about how the site is used.

How we use it

To review your application and determine whether our services fit your business.

To contact you about your application by email, phone, and SMS where you have given consent.

To schedule, confirm, and remind you about calls.

To measure which marketing channels bring qualified applications, and to improve the website.

SMS and email communication

We only send SMS messages to applicants who check the communication consent box. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or by emailing us. Opting out of SMS does not remove you from email.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who help us operate: our customer relationship management platform, email and SMS providers, scheduling software, and analytics platforms. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics and advertising

This website uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to measure page views and conversions. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or the free-text answers from your application to analytics or advertising platforms.

You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and you can adjust ad personalization in your Meta account settings.

How long we keep it

We retain application and contact records for as long as needed to evaluate fit, provide services, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to be contacted. Email us and we will act on the request.

Security

Application data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version.
