Local Growth Lead Engine

A Complete System for Generating Qualified Opportunities.

The Local Growth Lead Engine combines organic content, Meta advertising, creative, a conversion-focused landing page or form, tracking, CRM, automated follow-up, optimization, and reporting.

$2,000 setup + $4,000 per month + 15% of actual advertising spend.

More Than Advertising Management

Running advertisements without the right offer, creative, funnel, tracking, and follow-up leaves too much disconnected. The Lead Engine brings every stage into one managed customer-acquisition system.

The Complete Acquisition System

Nine connected components, built once and managed every month.

01

Organic Social Content

A monthly calendar of short-form video, graphics, and posts that keeps the business visible between campaigns.

02

Meta Advertising

Campaign structure, audiences, placements, and budget management inside the client-owned ad account.

03

Advertising Creative

Ad copy and paid creative variations built around one primary promoted offer, then tested against real data.

04

Landing Page or Lead Form

One primary conversion path — a landing page, instant form, or equivalent — designed to collect usable contact information.

05

Conversion Tracking

Meta Pixel integration and event tracking so every submitted opportunity is attributed to its source.

06

CRM Pipeline

One pipeline with contact, qualification, and lead-source fields so nothing sits in an inbox unrecorded.

07

Automated Follow-Up

Email and/or SMS sequences that respond immediately and keep prospects engaged until your team reaches them.

08

Campaign Optimization

Ongoing testing of audience, message, placement, offer, and creative, with budget shifted toward what performs.

09

Monthly Reporting

A monthly performance report and strategy review covering spend, opportunity volume, and opportunity quality.

What Counts as a Qualified Opportunity

A qualified opportunity is a new prospect who provides usable contact information, expresses genuine interest in the advertised offer, falls within the agreed market, and meets the objective qualification criteria established during onboarding.

A qualified opportunity does not have to answer every contact attempt, schedule an appointment, accept the client's price, purchase, or become a customer. Those outcomes depend materially on the client's response speed, pricing, availability, sales process, reputation, and fulfillment.

How it works

  1. Apply

The business completes an application so Local Growth can review its offer, market, economics, capacity, and advertising budget.

  2. Define the System

Local Growth defines the promoted offer, target customer, geography, qualification criteria, and follow-up process.

  3. Build

Local Growth creates the content plan, advertisements, conversion path, tracking, CRM pipeline, and automated follow-up.

  4. Launch

The campaign is tested, approved, and launched using the client's advertising account and approved budget.

  5. Optimize

Local Growth monitors the system, tests new creative and messaging, reviews opportunity quality, and improves performance using actual data.

The Lead Engine is built for businesses ready to grow

A strong fit

  • Have a proven offer people already purchase
  • Have sufficient customer value to justify paid acquisition
  • Can invest at least $2,000–$3,000 monthly in advertising
  • Have capacity to accept new customers
  • Can respond to new opportunities quickly
  • Have a functioning quoting and sales process
  • Are willing to track outcomes inside the CRM
  • Can supply footage, photographs, testimonials, and business information
  • Have a decision-maker involved
  • Want a measurable acquisition system

Not a fit

  • Businesses still validating their core offer
  • Businesses unable to fund advertising separately
  • Businesses unable to respond to inquiries
  • Businesses seeking guaranteed revenue
  • Businesses unwilling to use the CRM
  • Businesses only seeking the cheapest possible option
  • Businesses without fulfillment capacity

How advertising spend works

Advertising spend is separate from Local Growth’s setup and management fees. The client owns and funds the advertising account whenever practical, and the advertising platforms bill the client directly.

Tier 2 and Tier 3 include a media-management fee equal to 15% of actual monthly advertising spend. The monthly retainer covers the content, infrastructure, team capacity, and ongoing management required to operate the system. The percentage fee reflects the additional monitoring, testing, creative decisions, reporting, and financial responsibility associated with larger advertising budgets.

Client Responsibilities

The system only performs when both sides hold up their end. Here is what we need from you.

  • Fund and own the advertising account
  • Supply footage, photographs, brand assets, and business information
  • Approve the promoted offer, creative, and qualification criteria
  • Respond to new opportunities quickly
  • Record outcomes inside the CRM so optimization uses real data
  • Keep capacity available to serve new customers
  • Provide a decision-maker for monthly strategy reviews

Questions and Answers

What is the Local Growth Lead Engine?
It is a managed customer-acquisition system that combines organic social content, Meta advertising, ad creative, a conversion-focused landing page or form, conversion tracking, a CRM pipeline, automated follow-up, ongoing optimization, and monthly reporting.
How much does it cost?
$2,000 setup, $4,000 per month, plus a media-management fee equal to 15% of actual monthly advertising spend. Advertising spend itself is separate and paid by the client to the platforms.
Is advertising spend included?
No. Advertising spend is separate from setup and management fees. The client owns and funds the advertising account whenever practical, and the advertising platforms bill the client directly.
Why is there a 15% media-management fee?
The monthly retainer covers content, infrastructure, team capacity, and ongoing management. The percentage fee reflects the additional monitoring, testing, creative decisions, reporting, and financial responsibility that come with larger advertising budgets.
What is a qualified opportunity?
A new prospect who provides usable contact information, expresses genuine interest in the advertised offer, falls within the agreed market, and meets the objective qualification criteria established during onboarding.
Are leads or sales guaranteed?
No. Local Growth does not guarantee leads, appointments, sales, revenue, profit, or return on advertising spend. Results depend on your offer, market, pricing, response speed, sales process, and fulfillment capacity.
How much should we spend on advertising?
The recommended starting budget is $3,000 per month. The normal minimum is $2,000 per month. Below that, there is usually not enough data to test and optimize meaningfully.
Which advertising platforms are included?
The Lead Engine covers Meta advertising — Facebook and Instagram. Google Ads management is available in Market Authority when appropriate.
Is organic content included?
Yes. The Lead Engine includes everything in Local Presence: sixteen core monthly content assets across up to three agreed social profiles, with captions, formatting, scheduling, and publishing.
Does Local Growth film content?
Content is created primarily from client-supplied footage, photographs, information, brand assets, and approved offers. On-site production is not part of the standard scope.
Do we need a website?
Not necessarily. The Lead Engine includes one primary landing page, instant form, or conversion path, which can run independently of an existing website.
Do we need an existing CRM?
No. One CRM pipeline is built as part of the system, with contact, qualification, and lead-source fields. Third-party software subscriptions are billed separately.
Who contacts and closes the opportunities?
Your team does. Local Growth builds the system, generates the opportunities, and automates the first response — your team quotes, follows up, and closes.
How quickly can the system launch?
Launch timing depends on how quickly intake is completed and assets, offers, and ad account access are supplied. Build begins immediately after the system is defined in onboarding.
How long does optimization take?
Early performance data usually appears within the first weeks of spend, but meaningful optimization requires enough volume to test audiences, messages, and creative. The 90-day initial term exists for that reason.
Who owns the advertising account?
The client owns and funds the advertising account whenever practical. Local Growth manages it with granted access, so you keep your account, history, and data.
Are software and messaging fees included?
No. CRM, scheduling, messaging, and call-tracking provider fees are third-party costs funded by the client.
What is the initial contract length?
The Lead Engine has a 90-day initial term. Market Authority has a six-month initial term. Local Presence has no advertising commitment.
Can clients change tiers?
Yes. Tiers can be changed after the initial term, or earlier by agreement when scope genuinely needs to move up or down.
How does a business apply?
Complete the application. If the business looks like a fit, the next step is a growth strategy call to review your marketing, customer economics, and growth obstacles.
